This September, we’re highlighting four outstanding individuals. Gabriel, Jaime, Raul, and Ryan consistently go the extra mile for our customers, their teams, and the success of NCC.
Gabriel is one of those team members who quietly makes a huge impact. On the night shift in Los Angeles, he ensures critical parts are produced that keep both our Portland and Rialto locations supplied and running strong. His product knowledge is extensive, but what really stands out is his willingness to step up, whether that means leading multiple production cells or taking the time to support and guide new team members.
Gabriel sets a high bar for consistency, quality, and collaboration, and his contributions ripple far beyond his own shift.
If you’ve worked alongside Jaime in Chicago, you know just how versatile he is. While he’s an excellent Welder Operator, Jaime’s value comes from the fact that he can jump in anywhere, from the Welder to the Seamer, and keep production on track. That kind of flexibility is rare, and it makes him one of the most reliable members of our frontline team.
His adaptability, dedication, and steady presence bring confidence to the entire shift. Jaime is the teammate you want beside you when things get busy.
Whether it’s stepping in on new equipment or maintaining workflow during busy shifts, Jaime is someone we can always count on.
Leadership in manufacturing isn’t just about meeting production goals, it’s about motivating a team, taking pride in their work, and pushing toward improvement every day. Raul embodies that in Chicago. As Press Department Supervisor, he not only oversees critical components but also leads with vision and accountability.
His recent leadership of the RIE for the Model cell is a great example of how he drives results and empowers his team. Raul’s mix of motivation, pride, and process focus has made a lasting mark on the press department and beyond.
When something breaks down in Charlotte, Ryan is the first call, and for good reason. He’s fast to respond, but he also ensures every repair is done right the first time. More than that, he looks ahead, preventing future issues and helping our operations run smoother over the long term.
Ryan’s commitment extends beyond maintenance. As an active member of the Safety Committee, he’s passionate about creating a safer workplace for his teammates. His proactive mindset, technical skill, and focus on safety make him a true backbone of our Charlotte facility.
